All orders are subject to verification for security reasons. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not pass verification and security at our end.
TAXES & DUTIES:
All prices are exclusive of tax and duties. Please kindly note that we cannot be held responsible for import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country if your order has been placed outside the EU.

Please notify us, if you wish to return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order, by contacting us here in order to receive your returns authorisation and instructions.
Please ensure to return your item with all tags intact in the original packaging. Returns may not be accepted if the tags have been removed, or if the item has been damaged in any way.
We strongly advise to return orders via a tracked and signed service, the risk and cost of the returns remain with our customers.
REFUNDS (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund has been approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company and bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have followed all of the above steps and you still have not received a refund yet, please contact us directly here.
EXCHANGES (if applicable):
We only offer exchanges on defective items. Please contact us here foe further information, if you think you have received a defective item.
Please note that because of the “pre-sale” nature of such transactions, you should expect a wait period of four weeks before your order is ready for shipment. The estimated delivery dates will be displayed on the product page of the respective item.
Kindly note that the shipping window on the product page is an estimate, while endeavour to ship all orders within the estimated dates, a small delay may occur in some cases.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide an exact shipping date due to the handmade nature of our items. Most products are shipped within the estimated time frame. Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking information.
If the shipping address of your pre-ordered item has changed, please contact us here and with your order number and contact details and we will update the address for you.
All sales on pre-ordered items are final and we are unable to accept order cancellations or returns unless the item is not as described or faulty.
In the event of receiving a faulty or incorrect item, please inform us here within 3 business days of receipt. Please e-mail us all the details and evidence. We will review and inform you of the outcome. If we that the product you received is different to your order or has been damaged in transit, we will replace or refund your order where appropriate.
We put lots of effort to ensure the colours are displayed as accurate as possible. We cannot guarantee that all devices will display the true colour. If you have any questions about the colour of an item please contract us here prior to placing an order.
